PurePicks is a conceptual beauty subscription service designed to deliver clean, cruelty-free skincare, cosmetics and wellness products on a seasonal basis. The brand positions itself around transparency, sustainability and ethical sourcing, appealing to young consumers who value conscious consumption and ingredient clarity.
The project examined how digital, social media and influencer marketing can be used to build brand awareness, convert new customers and sustain long-term engagement. Our target audience consisted primarily of students and young adults interested in accessible self-care products that align with their values. Through personas and customer journey mapping, we analyzed how this audience discovers, evaluates and advocates for beauty brands online.
